The Dress does everything in its power to deliver you a perfect product. If you are not satisfied with the order, you can return/exchange the ordered items (or part of it).
Please check the return terms:
· For all internet purchases, you have the right to decline the purchase within 14 calendar days.
· Only not worn, undamaged and unwashed products with the original label attached are accepted.
· When you make a purchase at the store, you are permanently committed and cannot return to your decision (cf: http://economie.fgov.be/en/consument/Handelspraktijken/Contacts/#.WZwCr4VOKhc)
· How painful and unfortunate it is, but a possible cancellation of your marriage, for whatever reason, will in principle be entirely at your expense and risk, and you will in no way be able to revoke your obligations arising from the purchase agreement with The Dress.
· Items bought in the sales cannot be returned.

In the 14 calendar days following receipt of the order, you send an e-mail with a request for return to email@example.com mentioning your order number, name and reason for return.

The refund of your purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be done within 14 calendar days by the same method of payment you chose when ordering.
